Big Spring Room

The Big Spring Room, as well as the outside area, facilities, and equipment, is available for use by community groups and public organizations.  It is not available for commercial, political, or religious use.  Rules governing the use of the Big Spring Room are set by the Library Board, and the Board or the Library Director may reject any application if the meeting purpose is deemed inappropriate for library facilities.

Booking should be arranged at least three weeks in advance. If the user has not used the facility before, they must fill out an application and leave a deposit of $10.00 with library staff at the time of application.  If no further janitorial services are needed after the room is used, the money will be refunded. Keys must be obtained from the Library for the outside door and returned when the event is finished.  For more details about the use of the Big Spring Room and to schedule events, please call the library.
